Our studio apartments are approximately 40m² in size and comprise living room/bedroom. They can accommodate up to 4 persons. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious bathroom with shower and WC. Apartments facing the courtyard feature a terrace in addition.

Our breakfast buffet is available from 06:30 each day in our breakfast room. This is included in your room rate.

Our modern apartments are located in the heart of Berlin, right where the former wall used to stand. All of the most significant attractions of this historic city lie nearby, such as: - "Unter den Linden" - Brandenburg Gate - Reichstag - Museumsinsel ("Museum Island") - Gendarmenmarkt Schwartzkopffstraße underground station (for line U6), tram stops (lines M6 and M8) and the S-Bahn railway station Wedding (circular line) lie just a few metres away. The main railway station can be reached by bus number 120 in 10 minutes while Tegel Airport is just 20 minutes away by underground train and bus.

These modern, comfortable apartments enjoy a central and easily accessible location in the Mitte district, just 20 metres from Schwarzkopfstrasse underground station. The renowned Friedrichsstraße begins just 1.5 kilometres away. Within the immediate surroundings you also find the main railway station (1 km), the Museumsinsel ("Museum Island") (2 km), shops (600 metres) and countless bars and restaurants. Within 10 minutes you can reach Alexanderplatz, the Hackesche Höfe, the Nikolaiviertel district, Gendarmenmarkt, the Synagogue and the Berlin Cathedral.

Our Reception is occupied from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday - Friday and from 11:00 to 14:00 on weekends and bank holidays. If you wish to arrive outside of these hours, please contact us by telephone. Contact details will be given in your booking confirmation. By prior arrangement you may use our night safe when checking in. Please contact us in advance with any individual requests such as parking spaces, children's beds/camp beds and special billing arrangements.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged € 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged € 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs € 8.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed.
